Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
Guideline for Participants
Continuing Education Fund (CEF) Course
Applications for courses will be accepted up to three days before the commencement of each course unless otherwise specified. It is advisable to register well in advance as places are limited. Applications will be handled on a first-come first-served basis. EXCEL reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
When enrolling for a course, applicants should provide accurate names (as shown on your HKID card), postal addresses, contact telephone numbers, and email addresses.
Applications can be made by a representative, however, the applicant's name and contact details must be accurately presented at the time of enrolment so that EXCEL can verify course participant
identity, and contact the participants in the case of any class changes.
Details of enrolments and payments channels:
A discount may be offered to the following applicants:
10% offer
• JoyYou card and Senior citizen card holders
• Holders of registration card for people with disabilities
• Card holders of Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers
• Participants who enrol within Early Bird Discount period
20% offer
• Full-time students (16 or above )
The discount is only applicable to such card holders themselves. The card holders cannot enrol on behalf of other parties with the discount offers.
The discount is not applicable to courses which specified "no discounts available".
The discount is not applicable to CEF courses.
Each of the offers stated above cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.
EXCEL reserves the right to a final decision in case of any disputes.
