Bespoke Services Extending Performing Arts for All Introduction Corporate Training Performance Production Bespoke Service / Afterschool Programme / Stage Production Afterschool Programme Stage Production “Introduction of Stage Production” is a mandatory module, while schools can select other modules based on their specific requirements. Mandatory Module Selective Module 1 Selective Module 2 Selective Module 3 Selective Module 4 Mandatory Module * The content of each module can be adjusted in order to meet the specific needs of the school. Introduction of Stage Production This module is designed to provide participants with an introductory understanding of stage production, focusing on stage health and safety, stage management, lighting, and sound design. Through this module, participants will acquire a general understanding of the various aspects involved in stage production and the formation of a successful performance. Number of sessions: 2 sessions; 2 hours / session Required venue: Classroom / Multipurpose Room / School Hall Required Equipment: Projector and computer No. of Participants: max. 30 people Selective Module * The content of each module can be adjusted in order to meet the specific needs of the school. Selective Module 1: Stage Management This module is designed to introduce participants to the principles, practices, and craft of stage management, as well as the fundamental knowledge of theatre etiquette and terminology. Through this module, participants will have the opportunity to explore the structure of a stage management team, including their roles and duties during both the rehearsal and performance periods. Number of sessions: 3 sessions; 2 hours / session Required venue: Classroom / Multipurpose Room / School Hall Required Equipment: Projector and computer No. of Participants: max. 30 people Selective Module * The content of each module can be adjusted in order to meet the specific needs of the school. Selective Module 2: Lighting Design and Operation This module aims to equip participants with the foundational knowledge and skills required for stage lighting design and operation, utilizing the equipment and facilities available at the school. Through this module, participants will gain an understanding of the role of a lighting designer and develop the fundamental skills necessary to create dynamic and effective lighting compositions. Number of sessions: 4 sessions; 2 hours / session Required venue: A room equipped with stage lighting equipment. E.g., School Hall / Multipurpose Room Required Equipment: Projector, computer and basic stage lighting equipment No. of Participants: max. 20 people Selective Module * The content of each module can be adjusted in order to meet the specific needs of the school. Selective Module 3: Sound Design and Operation In this module, participants will acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for sound design and operation, making use of the equipment and facilities available at the school. By exploring the role of a sound designer, participants will develop an understanding of the creative aspects of sound design and learn how to create and prepare sound cues that support and enhance the overall production. Number of sessions: 4 sessions; 2 hours / session Required venue: A room equipped with stage audio equipment. E.g., School Hall / Multipurpose Room Required Equipment: Projector, computer and basic stage audio equipment No. of Participants: max. 20 people Selective Module * The content of each module can be adjusted in order to meet the specific needs of the school. Selective Module 4: Stage Make-up This module is designed to provide participants with the theory and practice of basic stage make-up techniques for character and image creation in acting. Through a practical learning approach that includes demonstrations and professional coaching, participants will acquire the necessary skills to create make-up designs that enhance their performances.
