Progressive Ballet will develop higher technique at the barre, greater speed, and more demi-pointe work to help students increase stamina and flexibility. This course is based on the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and CSTD (The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing) senior level. The course also aims to achieve complex enchainment, focusing on personal expression, musicality, and spatial awareness.
The course is for participants who have completed EXCEL’s Foundation Ballet course or who have one to three years’ prior training in Ballet or with equivalent experience to RAD Grade 5.
** This course includes a live piano accompanist.
