Before we speak, our bodies are often already communicating. In theatre, movement and words are inseparable. Starting with the body, this practical workshop helps participants rediscover fundamental movement awareness and explore the relationship between physical expression and language. Participants will consciously transform everyday speech into short theatrical snippets, developing the body, movement and language as tools for storytelling.
