Through professional sharing and guided tours, this workshop will lead participants through the advanced teaching and production facilities at the Academy, offering an in-depth look at the latest developments in the industry. Instructors will provide a comprehensive introduction to the virtual production stage at SPaRC of the School of Film and Television, exploring the applications and emerging trends of this technology within the film and media industry — covering its technological developments, practical workflows, and future career prospects. The session will further highlight successful industry case studies that have leveraged virtual production, spanning projects in film, television, live broadcasting, and gaming. During the hands-on segment, instructors will personally guide participants through operating or demonstrating the virtual production workflow, offering detailed explanations of key technologies and creative considerations throughout the process. The workshop will conclude with a screening of the outcomes collectively experienced and produced by all participants, followed by in-depth Q&A and open discussion, allowing participants to deepen their learning through both practice and dialogue.
