The intermediate course will further deepen students' mastery and expression of Chinese classical dance. Through floor exercises, barre work, and centre practice, it enhances flexibility, agility, and muscular strength, while incorporating fluid movements and introducing basic techniques such as jumps and turns. This training strengthens body control, balance, and explosive power. In the aspect of Shen Yun, students will be introduced to the “horizontal circle, vertical circle, and figure-eight circle.” Combined with fundamental body movements, they will learn to embody the classical dance postural traits of “twist, lean, circle, and curve.
