The essence of theatrical performance lies in feeling and expression. An actor's ability to convey genuine emotions before an audience becomes the pivotal element of performance. This workshop begins with the body, guiding participants to explore the connection between physicality and inner emotions. Through a series of physical training exercises and improvisational activities, it helps participants break free from internal constraints, unleash their emotions and imagination, and fully harness the body's potential. This enables them to express genuine feelings with ease on stage, enhancing both acting skills and stage presence.
