Chinese Folk Dance
Chinese Folk Dance (Module from Diploma in Dance Foundations)
 
This course trains students to understand and grasp typical culture, knowledge, styles, rhythms, and kinetic characteristics of different Chinese ethnic dances, through learning typical materials of Northeast Yang Ge and Tibetan ethnic dances. Elementary materials of Mongolian ethnic dance will also be initiated.
 
1. Northeast Yang Ge: 41 hours
2. Tibetan ethnic dance: 41 hours
3. Mongolian ethnic dance: 41 hours
4. Examination: 3 hours
 
(126 hours in total)

Chinese Folk Dance

  • Total Tuition Fee: HKD 18,900 

    (Payable in 11 instalments; HKD 1,718 per instalment, HKD 1,720 for last instalment)

     

    *Applicants who apply for the CEF funding for the first application will be subsidised course fees up to HKD 13,840. (After the subsidy, students pay only HKD 5,060 for 126 training hours)
