Teacher : Rocky Wong Kwok Kei
Rocky graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Film and Television and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor's Degree in Drama (Honours), majoring in Acting. After graduation, Rocky has participated in stage productions with various theatre companies, including Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio Limited, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Theatre Horizon, Windmill Grass Theatre , Class 7A Drama Group, and so on. Rocky was the Assistant Artistic Director of Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio Limited from 2019-2023 and has acted in a number of productions directed by Tang Shu-wing, including “Titus Andronicus” , “Titus Andronicus 2.0”, “The Tragedy of Macbeth” and “Dead Man's Cell Phone”. Apart from acting, Rocky has also been actively involved in directing, including the non-verbal theatre production “Nothing is known", the digital theatre game "The Fourth Night", staged reading "Mahabharata Part 1: The Dice Game", “Reflector:OS1”, etc. He has also worked as an assistant director in the productions of Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio Limited, including "The Tragedy of Macbeth", “Scene from a Marriage", “Larger than Life", "King Lear” and "Bhagavad Gita". After years of local and overseas touring experience, Rocky began to study aesthetics of performance based on body movement and practices it in drama education. Rocky also has extensive experience in drama education and is currently a regular instructor of the Professional Physical Theatre Youth Training Programme.
